1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Coverage
We currently provide shipping services within select regions in India. Availability is subject to serviceable PIN codes as verified at the time of order.
1.2 Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of selection confirmation. Subsequent shipments are scheduled according to the exchange frequency of the active subscription plan.
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping and pickup are included as part of an active subscription. No additional delivery fees apply unless otherwise communicated.
1.4 Packaging
All items are delivered in reusable, eco-friendly Sarang Nest Bags, sanitized and prepared for safe and hygienic usage.
1.5 Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our stated timelines, Sarang shall not be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather disruptions, logistical issues, or public holidays. Users will be notified in case of any significant delays.
2. Returns and Exchange Policy
2.1 General Policy
Sarang follows a No Return or Exchange Policy for standard orders. However, exceptions may be granted under specific conditions as outlined below.
2.2 Eligibility for Return
Returns may be approved at Sarang’s sole discretion in the following scenarios:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Supporting visual evidence (photographs/videos) is provided.
2.3 Return Logistics
At present, Sarang does not offer reverse pickup services. Approved returns must be shipped by the customer to the address provided by our support team.

Sarang shall not be held liable for any loss or damage in transit during self-shipped returns.
2.4 Defective Product Handling
In the case of defective products, users may not be required to return the item unless specifically instructed by Sarang’s Customer Support Team.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sarang, we aim to offer a transparent and worry-free experience to every parent. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and subscription cancellations. Please read it carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our plans.
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a full refund of the subscription fee if all of the following conditions are met:

The refund request is raised within 14 days from the date of plan activation.

No exchange or delivery has been made under the subscription, or if items have been delivered, all items are returned in acceptable condition to Sarang's fulfilment center.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method, based on the scenario.
3.2 Refund Conditions After 14 Days
If a refund request is submitted after 14 days from plan activation:
For Quarterly Plan

The entire subscription fee is non-refundable.

The plan will remain active until the end of the current 3-month period.
For Annual Plan (Future)

Refunds will be calculated at the prevailing quarterly rate calculated per quarter.

The amount for used quarters will be deducted, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.

Subscribers may choose to:

Continue using the service until the end of the current quarter, or
-
Request immediate termination with applicable deductions.

3.3 Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Shipping fees (if applicable)

Payment gateway transaction charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) fees

Charges for damaged or lost rental items
3.4 How to Cancel Your Subscription
