If the damage is minor and repairable, no extra charge—we’ve got it covered! If the book is lost or too damaged to share, we’ll charge you 40% of the book’s MRP (and the book is yours to keep). At Sarang, we trust our readers to care for books, so everyone gets to enjoy them!

No, your 30 days start after your books are delivered to you in Vizag. Once you subscribe, just download our app to select your books. Delivery within Vizag typically takes 2–5 days. Your 30-day subscription period begins the day you receive your books. So you get the full month to enjoy your reading!

When you’ve finished reading, just tap ‘Done Reading’ in our app and select your next set of books. Once your new picks are confirmed, we’ll schedule both the delivery of your new books and the pickup of your old ones. Our delivery partner will come right to your doorstep in Vizag to collect the returns. We’ll notify you in advance about the pickup time—just keep your books packed and ready!

To keep the library fair for everyone, we schedule a pickup of your current books at the end of your 30-day period—even if you haven’t selected your next set yet. If you haven’t chosen your new books by the last day, your current books will be collected and your subscription cycle will pause until you make your next selection. We’ll remind you before your cycle ends—so you always have time to pick new reads!
